Lucy Eldine Gonzalez Parsons (born Lucia Carter 1851 –1942)
​
A national labor organizer and political radical.  She is remembered as a powerful orator on behalf of working people. Parsons remained a leading American radical activist, as a founder of the Industrial Workers of the World (IWW), and as a member of many political organizations.
